These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bakecostcalc.online ("Service"), operated by WPSani.store (VAT IT12343720012, "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

BakeCostCalc is a web-based recipe food-cost calculator for home bakers and cottage food sellers. It calculates ingredient costs, cost per unit, and a suggested retail price based on user-supplied inputs. Suggested prices are informational only — they do not constitute financial or business advice.

2. Free tier

You may use the calculator up to 3 times per day without payment or registration. Free-tier results are displayed on screen only; export functions are not available.

3. Paid plans

3a. Baker's Pack — $9 one-time

50 recipe calculations (no daily cap per calculation).
PDF and CSV export on every calculation.
Calculations never expire — use them at your own pace.
Access granted via a license key delivered to your email immediately after purchase.
No subscription; no recurring charge.

3b. Unlimited Baker — $19/month

Unlimited recipe calculations (up to 200 per day).
PDF and CSV export on every calculation.
Ingredient library — save and reuse ingredients across recipes.
Saved recipe history (last 50 recipes).
Access granted via a license key; the key remains active while the subscription is paid.
You may cancel at any time via Stripe. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Payments and billing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are never transmitted to or stored by us. Prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes shown at checkout.

5. Refund policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on both plans. If you are not satisfied, email support@wpsani.store within 7 days of purchase with your license key and we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for Baker's Pack. For Unlimited Baker, cancellation stops future charges; no partial-month refunds are given.

6. License key

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license key. You may not sell, share, or distribute your license key. We reserve the right to revoke a key if we detect abuse (e.g. automated bulk usage, sharing among multiple users).

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
Attempt to circumvent usage limits through automated means.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

All content, code, and design of BakeCostCalc is owned by WPSani.store and protected by applicable copyright law. You retain ownership of any recipe data you input.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of results. Suggested retail prices are estimates based solely on your inputs and the margin formula — they are not a guarantee of profitability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPSani.store's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will not reduce the core features of a paid plan during an active subscription without notice.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; simply cancel your subscription in Stripe if on the monthly plan.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
